Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand TECNO’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience working with retail partners, distributors, and marketing teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
