Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
