Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to drive revenue growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement co-branded campaigns and promotions.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales and technical capabilities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and partner activity to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and incentives to maximize profitability and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or channel environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
