Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and retail partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance team productivity and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing, paint, or chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
