Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Vegatron’s client base in the oil and gas sector across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-potential leads through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in energy companies, contractors, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to customize solutions that address client pain points and drive value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A focus on Oil & Gas or Energy is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the energy sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
