Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting home furnishings, decor, and accessories that align with their style, budget, and functional needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, and persuasive sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals, enhancing customer loyalty and brand reputation.
- Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and design trends to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, including merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and timely recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and store events to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings, furniture, or interior design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Passion for home decor, design, and trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
