Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for bottled drinking water (AMDK) in Bali.
  • Expand market coverage by identifying and onboarding new distributors, agents, and institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
