Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores across Bali to promote products and secure orders.
- Manage repeat orders and ensure timely delivery of products to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle collections and follow up on outstanding payments to optimize cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor stock levels in stores and recommend restocking to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to store staff to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, order-taking, or retail management (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market and local business culture is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, order management software).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
