Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a nationwide sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
  • Present and demonstrate AFI’s innovative agricultural solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in the agricultural, agribusiness, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven approach and a passion for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are advantageous.
