Responsibility
- Develop and manage a nationwide sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities in the agricultural sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
- Present and demonstrate AFIâs innovative agricultural solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in the agricultural, agribusiness, or B2B sectors.
- Strong hunter mentality with a results-driven approach and a passion for closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are advantageous.
