Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the renewal process for software maintenance and subscription contracts, ensuring timely execution.
- Proactively engage with customers to assess their needs, address concerns, and demonstrate the value of Esri’s solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to align on customer priorities and renewal timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of contract terms, renewal dates, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver renewal proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure contract extensions.
- Analyze renewal trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the renewal lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing contract renewals and achieving retention targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GIS or spatial technology is a plus.
