Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the electrical industry to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and manage a centralized library of product documentation, including datasheets, manuals, and technical guides.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to refine product messaging and positioning based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to recommend product improvements or new offerings.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, or components (e.g., switchgear, transformers, automation solutions).
  • Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
