Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the advertising and AdTech ecosystem, including brands, agencies, and publishers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through consultative selling and solution-oriented pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize AdTech solutions that meet client needs and drive campaign success.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable partnerships while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position AdTech Innovation as a thought leader.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses to stakeholders.
- Track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital advertising, AdTech, or media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
