Responsibility
- Conduct in-person sales canvassing to promote Chemarome Indonesia’s fragrance products to retailers, hotels, and spas in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic selling techniques.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Collect market feedback and report insights to the sales team to refine product offerings and strategies.
- Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or direct-to-consumer roles, preferably in the fragrance, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality landscape is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for luxury or premium products.
- Ability to travel locally within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is preferred.
