Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the IT sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client pain points and proposing tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to design and deliver customized IT services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Amnet as a thought leader in IT solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth project implementation and delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach to business development.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia, with occasional travel as required.
