Responsibility
- Manage and oversee leasing activities for retail sites, ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant mix.
- Identify and secure new tenants through proactive outreach, negotiations, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive site growth, including promotional campaigns and tenant engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform leasing and development strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on leasing performance, tenant feedback, and site growth metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with leasing agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, leasing, or retail management.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
