Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, materials, and care instructions.
- Assemble and arrange furniture displays to enhance showroom appeal.
- Process sales transactions, including payments and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assemble furniture (physical stamina required).
- Basic knowledge of furniture products and trends.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
