Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing for clients in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to resolve inquiries and streamline operations.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, sales data, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or delays.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Based in Bali with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
