Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Bali market.
  • Identify and engage potential clients (residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors) through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of PureGen Water’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the Bali region.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the water solutions sector.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the water, FMCG, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings, product demonstrations, and networking events.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
