Responsibility

  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to align sales strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
