Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Provide expert advice on gadgets, accessories, and tech solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, receipts, and inventory updates.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to create in-store promotions and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Track sales performance and report metrics to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to achieve and surpass targets.
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using POS systems or sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
