Responsibility
- Identify and secure prime retail locations through strategic property acquisition and leasing negotiations.
- Lead end-to-end project management for new store openings, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and local authorities.
- Conduct market research to assess viability and growth potential for new store locations.
- Oversee facility maintenance and operational readiness for existing and new stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare and present business cases, financial projections, and expansion plans to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or property management.
- Proven track record in negotiating leases and acquiring commercial properties.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market, particularly in Bali, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
