Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali and surrounding regions to expand our IT solutions portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of sold solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Nanyang Tech as a leader.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in IT sales, software solutions, or enterprise technology sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products such as cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly Indonesia, is a plus.
