As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our high-quality water pump products. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including distributors, contractors, and end-users, to expand market reach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our water pump solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in industrial products, water solutions, or B2B environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
