Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability aligns with market demand and sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements in sales processes and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Head of Sales or Sales Manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in Indonesia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in managing supply chain operations and ensuring product availability aligns with sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
