Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the networking/connectivity sector.
- Perform regular customer visits to dealers in Bali to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
- Deliver product training and education to customers on Beldenās portfolio, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.
- Process and track purchase orders (POs) accurately, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, implementing corrective actions to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory and supply chain capabilities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT/networking industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Belden products or similar networking solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
