In this role, you will combine your technical acumen with sales prowess to manage the full sales cycleâfrom lead generation to closing dealsâwhile providing expert technical support to distributors and end-users. Youâll work closely with our distributor network to optimize demand planning, product management, and market penetration for the PHCbi portfolio, which includes advanced biomedical storage, incubation, and laboratory solutions. Responsibility
- Drive sales growth for the PHCbi portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities across the assigned region.
- Provide technical expertise and support to distributors, end-users, and internal teams to ensure seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective demand planning.
- Collaborate with product management teams to gather market feedback, identify trends, and contribute to product development strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for clients and distributors.
- Monitor market competition, pricing strategies, and customer needs to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing approaches.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the biomedical, laboratory, or healthcare equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Experience managing distributor relationships and coordinating demand planning activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30% of the time) to meet clients and distributors.
