Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques, product expertise, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, persuasive phone manner.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-based environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the BPO, IT, or financial services industry is advantageous.
