Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques, product expertise, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-based environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the BPO, IT, or financial services industry is advantageous.
