Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to gather customer feedback and refine product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to secure new business deals.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events to represent the company and expand market reach.
  • Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and report on KPIs and revenue targets to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales engineering, technical sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Deep understanding of technical products, solutions, and industry standards relevant to the role.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information and convey it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
