Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and packages.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
