Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Bali.
- Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee General Trade (GT) and Large Key Accounts (LKA) channels, optimizing sales execution and relationship management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and budget adherence, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a regional sales management role.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and driving sales growth in GT/LKA channels.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities to forecast sales and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Bali).
