Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and map potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned territory (Bali).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer support.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
