Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
