Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in project-based sales within the Bali market and beyond.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or project sales, preferably in Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a contract-based or project-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Bali and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to business.
