Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Present and promote financial products and services, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
- Stay compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit solutions, and customer needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
