Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand McKeeser United’s market share in Bali’s dental industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our dental solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market demands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
