Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand McKeeser Unitedâs market share in Baliâs dental industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our dental solutions.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
