Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire and retain premium B2B clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the premium segment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market opportunities and client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
