Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire and retain premium B2B clients in Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the premium segment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
