Responsibility
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects to drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client objections with tailored solutions to ensure successful conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes for new clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
