Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the HDPE pipe market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including contractors, developers, government agencies, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to highlight the benefits of HDPE piping systems.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and participate in trade shows or industry events.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any technical or logistical concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a background in mechanical or civil engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, plumbing, or industrial piping sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical knowledge of HDPE pipes, fittings, and installation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
