Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve cargo revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular field visits and engagement.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local and international freight forwarders.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve client concerns and reinforce trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cargo operations, shipping regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
