Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in Mandarin and English.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the Bali market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
