Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
