Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, and contractors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Ferco Seating Systems.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the furniture, construction, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
