Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Food Service Channel (Bakery & Industry).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company’s presence in the Bakery & Industry sectors.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and resolution of client concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Food Service, Bakery, or Industry sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
