Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential SME clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Present and promote financial products and services tailored to SME requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial or SME sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a hunger for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
