Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants and UMKM businesses for EDC machine installations.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of EDC machines to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to merchants post-installation.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with EDC machines or payment solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with clients.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
