Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
