Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, sales data, and market insights.
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and product launches, including logistics and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
