Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their home solution needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotes tailored to each client’s budget and requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury home solutions, real estate, or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
