Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their home solution needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes tailored to each client’s budget and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury home solutions, real estate, or high-end retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
