Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our automotive distribution network in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key automotive industry stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide product training and support to channel partners to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, channel management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
