Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand within the Philippines market.
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of TDCX’s cloud technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to position TDCX as a market leader.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss cloud solutions confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance provided).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
